I spent nearly 20 years working across large private and public sector organisations as a management consultant, advising predominantly on how to deliver change and transformation projects successfully.  For the last 6 years I have worked at a large national charity, initially in service transformation and latterly in strategy, planning and performance management. Petals provided such brilliant support to my wife and I at a difficult time in our lives, that I am delighted to be a part of the next phase of the charity’s development.  The impact that pregnancy loss can have on women and men, and their families, is not understood widely enough, and in too many cases the subject is still taboo.  Petals is a remarkable charity that has already helped so many people come to terms with loss, whilst raising public awareness of the issues; and I am committed to helping to make this vital free service more widely available to everyone who needs it.
