Chloe Chancellor, Counsellor
The experience of trauma and loss in pregnancy and beyond can feel both devastating and bewildering. There is no map or instructions for how to cope, think or feel when things go wrong, and this can leave us feeling unbearably alone.
Talking to a skilled counsellor about what has happened can be profoundly helpful. It gives us a dedicated, safe and respectful space in which we can process our experience, grieve our loss and find a way to make sense of a world in which such things can happen.
Both my original psychotherapy training and my somatic trauma therapy training support me to bring a very grounded, steady approach to my work. I also bring my own warmth, compassion and humanity. I feel privileged to be able to support people in such difficult times.
