The lovely Mike Baron of The Bootcamp Company has volunteered to run a charity session with all proceeds going to Petals. The session will cost £10 per person. Fancy Dress is optional to make it more fun. Expect to get muddy and sweaty, have fun but be aching the next day! Most exercises are completed in timed blocks so don’t worry if you’re not as fit as the next person – it’s all about pushing yourself in the time given, it’s not a competition!

Update
The weather was not on our side on the day so a very big thank you to the lovely people who turned up and joined in in the rain, and to Karen for watching from the shelter of her umbrella! ;-) The total raised on the day was a fantastic £159.67 so another huge thank you to Mike Baron for running the session, and to our lovely volunteer Caroline, for organising it.
